The weather has been unusually blustery, cold and wet this month. However, we went down into the damp gully of Providence Valley Rivulet, admired the cleared quarry face,  and pulled forget-me-nots and dabbed thistles.

Sunday was plant-give-away and flower walk, and we were so lucky to have a sunny morning. It seems a Sunday morning is best for plant-give-away.

Today we worked with the CoH bushcare crew, they brought the truck. We removed quite a few small wattle trees in some areas above the Sandy Spit Track, opening up the sites for more browsing and reducing the fuel load.

On Sunday I’m going to Perth, WA, and Rodney and Virginia will look after things.
